Christine runs a mentoring system as a way of putting back into the sport and younger riders coming through the grades into Adult level competition, just as she what has been done for her in the past. She feels that this is a huge gap in the sport that is not taken care of correctly is why we loose alot of good talented riders.
Her Mentoring or coaching system accelerates learning from experience, and helps achieve positive, lasting change to reach personal and professional goals. Christine provides mentoring and coaching for individuals and teams preparing them to move to the next level has included Waikato and New Zealand young rider and development national teams for both dressage and eventing. Christine has been involved with many young riders that have been working pupils for her and then gone onto represent New Zealand including Rebbecca Goldsbury, Hannah Lord, Jenny Stokes and Caroline Simpson in dressage and Helan Bruce and Jesse Campbell in eventing as well as riders from overseas.
